EV-Nation, one of the leading EV and Solar Installation companies in the Western U.S., is expanding our Orange County, CA office and looking for experienced Solar Sales Representatives who can take a customer from meet-and-greet to signed contract — whether in person or over the phone.
We’ve built a unique, high-performing lead generation system that delivers warm, motivated homeowners ready to go solar. Now we need professional closers who know how to build rapport, present value, and lock in the deal.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced solar closers (phone, virtual, or in-home)
Ability to manage the full sales process: intro, consult, and close
Confident, polished communicators who know how to move with urgency
Familiarity with proposals, permitting, and solar workflows a plus
Full-time or part-time opportunities available for high-performing reps
